Billing:

Credit Cards:

We use PayPal to process all orders at this time.  Simply because the fraud detection technology and ability to verify all information saves BMCW time & money.  If you do not have a PayPal account, we strongly suggest you do.  It protects you too.  Plus its the 21st Century, get with the times.  ; )  We capture information about the computer and IP address originating the order to help track down credit card theft. We cooperate with Federal, State and Local authorities.
 


Privacy Policy:

We respect our customer's privacy, and we will never sell, rent or in anyway release any of our customer's personal information to any other company, retailer or list buyer. Any information you submit to Black Market Cycle Works will only be used to fill your order and to let you know about upcoming events. Customers may elect not to receive any sales or promotional mailings. To opt out of future mailings if you should receive one, please contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail at support@blackmarketcycleworks.com


Errors and Omissions:

Black Market Cycle Works stands behind every product we sell. If we have made an error, (i.e., not as advertised, wrong quantity shipped, wrong item shipped,) we will correct it. We want your experience to be pleasant and trouble free.

Freight Billing:
 
We try to get you the best rate for shipping when ever we can.  If rates go up or down we will let you know.

Freight Damage:

All shipments are inspected and in proper condition prior to leaving the TX or CA warehouse. Shipments are FOB origin. Damages in transit are the responsibility of the freight carrier. If a crate, box or package is damaged or crushed, please note the damage on the shippers (BOL) receipt. If the product in the crate, box or package is damaged, we will make our best effort to help you with the claim. Please contact us by phone, fax or by e-mail. 


Overdue Delivery:

Most orders ship via Common Carrier, UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail and are traceable. If your shipment is overdue, please submit a Customer Service Request by phone, fax, or e-mail. We will track the order and let you know its status. Some shipments to APO and other military addresses are sent via US Mail only and will take longer to ship. If an APO shipment is more than three or four weeks overdue, let us know and we will try to trace it.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped/purchased in the State of California, customers may be responsible to pay sales and/or use tax in their own jurisdiction. International customers are responsible for any assessed taxes or duties in their countries. Additional carrier, customs and clearance fees may apply.

Returns:
 
NO RESTOCKING FEE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.....

No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number please Click on the Return link at the bottom of the page.  There you can fill out the form.  Returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition, and returned in the original packaging. Shipping instructions will be given with the RMA number.  Make sure the items are properly packed and insured, BMCW will refuse the return of any items damaged in transit.


Contests:

From time to time Black Market Cycle Works will run contests which are subject to all of the following conditions, in addition to any specific additional terms and conditions noted on the entry form:

Contest is open to anyone of legal age, and void where prohibited. No purchase required. Employees of Black Market Cycle Works (BMCW) and their families are not eligible. LIMIT IS ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Winners will be notified by e-mail, phone or snail mail using the information they provided. Further conditions may apply.
